Full-Time Residential Care Services

Mid-South Care Services welcomes you to our adult care homes and our Family Model Program. In this fast-growing program, caring and compassionate host families called Family Model Providers open their homes to provide full-time residential care including room and board to seniors and adults with physical, intellectual and developmental disabilities who choose a shared living arrangement in a private home instead of living in a facility. Our adult care homes are located throughout the entire West Tennessee Region (west of the Tennessee River).
