Personal Care Homes

Home-Like Comfort and Care: Our Personal Care Homes

Our Family Model Program at Mid-South Care Services provides personal care homes that offer a unique alternative to residential facilities. These homes provide a comfortable home atmosphere for seniors and adults with physical, intellectual and developmental disabilities, allowing our resident clients to live safely and comfortably in a family home setting instead of moving into a facility.

Family Home Environment

Our Family Model Program provides personal care homes that feel like home, where 1 to 3 seniors and adults with physical, intellectual and developmental disabilities live together with a caring family in a warm family environment.

Assisted Living Services

The personal care homes in our Family Model Program offer a range of assisted living services, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLS) such as bathing, dressing, grooming and medication administration. Host families are available around the clock to provide support while allowing resident clients to maintain a level of independence.

Community and Companionship

Residents in personal care homes in our Family Model Program often form close bonds with fellow residents and host families. This smaller, more intimate setting encourages socialization and the development of meaningful relationships, reducing feelings of isolation and loneliness. This sense of community contributes to a higher quality of life for our resident clients.

Community and Companionship: The Heart of Personal Care Homes

The personal care homes in our Family Model Program encourage a strong sense of community where resident clients form close bonds and enjoy companionship which reduces feelings of isolation and loneliness. At Mid-South Care Services, we’re dedicated to creating a supportive environment where seniors and adults with physical, intellectual and development disabilities thrive and feel at home.
